Very rude on the phone, I was referred to them and they referred me to someone else.
Woman on the phone offered an appointment. When I started to explain the unique situation I was in; she cut me off mid sentence and put me on hold with no questions asked. Then came on the phone to say they are not taking new patients even though I transferred medical info to this office a year ago. Unfortunately was unable to move. I called and let them know the situation. I planned ahead and due to a job situation the move to the area got pushed back A year.. now that we have medical coverage approved.
