Doctors are not helpful for anything but run of the mill shots and basic weight checks. Most of what they will tell you can be found in a google search and if you ask them directly there is nothing but surface level interaction/answers to some of the most serious concerns such as the mental health of a child or their diet. I have found that our doctors appease to the mother even when abuse and neglect is evident. There are better pediatricians in this city.
Dr. Lum is incredible! He is SO friendly, very thorough and has made having a newborn so amazing. He answered any and all questions and is always here for us. I’m so glad he’s our son’s doctor!!
Absolutely love it here. We have been with them since our son was born. He is almost 7 months now. Dr. Chatham is amazing. Can't recommend this place enough.
As a potentially first time patient, my family and I did not feel welcomed. This was a great opportunity for Dr. Lum to learn about my child and my questions/concerns as a new parent. Unfortunately, the visit felt very adversarial and dismissive.
Great doctors and staff. My family has been with Doctors Chatham and Smith ever since our first was born. There's a large waiting room to help sick and we'll kids stay apart. Walk in clinic is in the morning.
