Always an excellent experience. Every Dr is excellent, immaculately clean office, appointments have always been nearly to the minute on time. Could not be happier
With 4 kids I've seen nearly every doctor at Peds East-and I love them all! However, Dr. Jennifer Lum is our primary pediatrician and I literally cannot "parent" without her. She has taken the best and most compassionate care of my 4 kids (and always checked on me in the midst of the chaos). Over the last 7 to 8 years, our kids have been patient of Dr. Jennifer Lum and we have been so grateful for such wonderful care. Our kids are now 9, 6, and 3 and we have always had such peace of mind knowing they are in good hands when anything happens. She takes a caring, thoughtful and skillful approach, always listening to both us and our kiddos. A parent’s dream to have such trusting care.
Dr. Jennifer Lum has cared for my sons for the past 5 years. She is always knowledgable, helpful, and willing to see my boys last minute even if its for something very small, knowing that it will calm my worries. She speaks highly of her colleagues if she is ever out of the clinic and we need to see a different doctor. She makes my boys feel at ease in the office and has provided great referrals for specialty physicians for our specific needs. Worth the drive to Arlington from East Memphis to see Dr. Lum!
