This office is terrible and very judgmental going as far as refusing to release medical records to a parent when deciding to leave due to their behavior when requesting a shot record from them after deciding to leave they refuse to release her tn certified shot record to parents it’s unacceptable
The clinic in itself is a 5 star, but their appointment line could use some work. They have some grumpy old lady answering phones with a rude attitude and I don’t appreciate it. As soon as she answered the phone, the tone in her voice was already rude. Do better!! If you don’t like your job, leave. Would give zero stars if Google would allow it.
I cannot rave about this place and the staff enough. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Melanie Smith and Dr. Gary Lum, who have gone above and beyond to make sure my son gets well taken care of. I have never felt so comforted at a doctor office, however, they have gone the extra mile each visit to make sure my son gets quality care as well as to make sure I, as a new mother, am okay.
