I cannot rave about this place and the staff enough. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Melanie Smith and Dr. Gary Lum, who have gone above and beyond to make sure my son gets well taken care of. I have never felt so comforted at a doctor office, however, they have gone the extra mile each visit to make sure my son gets quality care as well as to make sure I, as a new mother, am okay. Dr. Jennifer Lum is the pediatrician of both my children and we love her. She is nice, patient and very knowledgeable. My kids and I adore her.

We love Dr. Chatham and his nurse. They do so well with our boys (and we have three two and under so it’s a lot.) They’re so patient with us and even when we have been late (potty emergency with our oldest iykyk) they fit us in and we’re so accommodating. When our son was in the picu, Dr. Chatham called to check on us even though it was over Christmas. He’s always called and checked on us when the twins were sick even over the weekend. Excellence sympathetic staff. We are always able to get an appointment for my kiddos, their sick clinic is a life and deductible saver. We have attended this clinic for almost seven years with consistent levels of support, professionalism, and care.
