Really disappointed in this office. Tried to switch my son (who is a registered patient there but has never even been seen by a dr) to a male provider. Basically just got told no. No options, no alternatives unless I want to drive to Castle Rock?! I am going to find a new Dr for both my kids. Your desk staff could use a lesson in customer service
Everyone from the front desk receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors (especially Dr. Traver) has been wonderful since the first couple days of my daughter's life. Dr. Traver even called over the weekend when Ariana was only 2 days old when it was determined she would need to stay overnight in a hospital for phototherapy because of her bilirubin numbers. Dr. Tiehen is always amazing with our kids. We couldn't have found a better pediatrician for our children.
Somehow every time we have paperwork to fill out they magically lose it or don't pass it on to the proper people so we don't hear back for months at a time. They also didn't bother to tell us until this week that our doctor quit back on May 11. When I called and voiced that I am displeased they claim they can't seem to do anything about it (how about hiring new office staff) and I'm not really sure they actually care that I am not a satisfied customer.
