We love him and his staff. He is the best Doctor we have ever had for our 7 year old son. He is gentle, kind and caring and doesn't over book his patients so that you feel like a cow in a cattle market like other doctors we have been to in the past..
I am extremely upset with them. I went there with my son having an asthma attack, because of the terrible traffic I got there late and they told me that they couldn't see my son, that I have to wait until the next day in the afternoon...!!! Really!!! The really sad part is that I am sure that the doctor doesn't know what is going on and he is a great pediatrician.
Dr. Helft and his staff are so caring and always do their best to make sure your child receives the best care. Thank you!!
The care we received was good. I was disappointed to receive a bill YEARS after treatment, and even more disappointed at the rude treatment I received from the billing dept when I questioned said bill. We won't be back.
Disappointed after 9 years. Will never go back. People beware you are not allowed to voice a concern or have an opinion even with the numerous errors on billing and prescriptions.
