Really appreciated that this urgent care was open on a holiday and accepts Medicaid, which is the only insurance available for my foster-child. I couldn't find another urgent care in Fort Collins or Loveland that would accept a Medicaid patient. Children in the foster care system are already disadvantaged in many ways-- they don't deserve medical discrimation too! Plus, the treatment our child received at the Pediatric Urgent Care was great!
We did not have to wait long at all. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors were great. They were very caring and understanding. I would definitely recommend.
Such a nice service to our family centered community. We had such great service and our Doctor and nurse were extremely knowledgable, attentive, friendly, and showed compassion to our child. I would HIGHLY recommend the PUCNC. We were in and out in no time and didn't feel rushed. Thanks, PUCNC!!
I love the fact that the doctors we trust for our important decisions and child's medical history are the ones who care for them in an emergency. So many times our daughter has been misdiagnosed at a normal urgent care because they didn't understand her history. One trip to the pediatric urgent care and they nailed the issue right on the head!!
Great experience, friendly and helpful staff, no wait time, we will definitely come back and refer family and friends. My five year old broke his arm at school during recess. We were seen and given X-rays right away. Within 15 minutes we had the results of the X-rays. Due to the severity of the break we were sent elsewhere for surgery. Everyone involved not only did a great job with my son but were very kind to our entire family. Thank you!
SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't believe how slow, waited over 2 hrs for my kid to be seen. I was packing up diaper bag getting ready to walk out and the doctor finally came in Never again will I come back here
