RecommendedMy teenage son was injured during a basketball game this evening. I wanted him seen by a provider who knows & understands kids. My son received excellent care as expected from a pediatric provider. We were seen quickly, had an x-ray done with an immediate answer & everyone was helpful & caring during the process! Thank you!

Took my little guy in last night with reactive airway disease. The provider forgot to call in one of the medications and I called today to ask them to please call it in, as they were closed by the time we arrived to the pharmacy. The provider we saw isn't working and the provider that is working, refuses to call it in. I work in health care, this is poor patient care and unacceptable. Unfortunately the care here is not consistent. The doctors have been good, the nurses have been inconsistent with experience and knowledge, and the front office has poor customer service (at best). They gave bad care to my son & he ended up on the hospital. The hospital was so disappointed in the care & had to call them to complain. Im hopeful that they will take the time to properly educate the staff & not cause harm to the little patients.

We have had to make an unfortunate number of visits to urgent care this fall/winter. My kids have come in with a wide variety of ailments from the commonplace to the genuinely weird, and we have always received excellent care that demonstrates a true expertise in pediatric medicine. My three year old literally looks forward to coming here. The medical staff and office staff have all been great.
Being able to take my babies to a place that is just for pediatrics is such a wonderful feeling especially when they don’t feel good. The staff is very caring, knowledgeable and friendly. We were there this past Sunday and it was extremely busy and even though the wait time was long, there was no place I’d rather take my kids.
I appreciate the care we receive here (multiple weekend visits for rapid strep tests). But it's not worth the extra costs they charge above and beyond a normal Urgent Care setting. Even with insurance I had to pay above my normal co-pay because of their "emergency after hours" charges they billed my insurance. Skip this - just go to a normal urgent care setting and save the $$. I love the Youth Clinic, but not this clinic.
