Ir is NOT an urgent care. The sign and advertisements are very confusing, but it's not an urgent care during the week. Maybe it is on Sunday afternoons. Do not go!
I will not return. After having a rapid strep test done and it returning positive we had to wait an hour for a prescription and then received a $200 bill. We would have been so much better off with our time and our money going to the little clinic at King Soopers. That's who will get our business from now on. I am so sad this place is associated with the Youth Clinic.
As a nurse it's always hard going somewhere you're unfamiliar with. We felt welcome & comfortable right away!! The staff was friendly, efficient & really listened to my concerns. I will definitely send my friends/family here when they need to be seen after hours!
Such great staff, and a much more kid-friendly environment than the standard urgent care.
Amazing services!! I'll for sure take my child back here! Everyone was so nice and understanding! Urgent care was spectacular! 100% better then the emergency room!
Thank goodness Devon the amazing PA took me seriously after the ER Doctor sent us home! My son's arm was broken and she listened to my description and knew right away what it was, a buckle fracture, which was confirmed by X-ray right on site! She even called to give me the full report from the radiologist at Children's. We LOVE PUCNC!
