We’ve been there since birth.
My 5yr old daughter has a 102 temp and has been a patient since she was born. The office is refusing to work her in to be seen today or even tomorrow, and that’s after spending 2 hours trying to get my call answered since their answering machine glitches and would only loop. Add that to the pile of paperwork I’m forced to “update” at every single visit, or hunt down a copy of our insurance card because they don’t keep electronic files and it magically disappears from the paper chart after each, and every visit...Dr. Messener... read more
My family has had a great experience with Dr. Messner. She is both kind and extremely patient with the kids, and she knows how to talk to children. One of my little ones struggles with doctor visits historically, but does really well with her. I drive a relatively long distance to reach her office, but it has been totally worth it.
