Highly recommend. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. And my daughter is no longer afraid of seeing doctor after we changed to Dr. Jenelle Wong.
Took my daughter for a weight check visit (it's only a weight check! and Dr. Wong talked for maybe 20 min about diet etc) in Nov 2021 and was charge over $200 for the first bill, ridiculous!! Called several times to try to get adjustment. Finally paid $80 for the visit after insurance. Worst doctor ever. Totally overcharging. Please do not go if you don't want to be ripped off.
Dr. Wong was my son’s doctor at the hospital after he was born. She is absolutely amazing! If we lived closer to Plano she would continue to be my sons doctor! Highly recommend! Dr. Wong made sure I was completely informed and that my son was doing good. 10 out of 10
Dr. Wong goes above and beyond her job responsibilities!!! She has been our pediatrician for 15 years. Dr. Wong is the best!! She has always addressed my 3 kids and their health needs or concerns in full detail. Love how much she cares, the amount of attention she gives and the knowledge she has to treat my 3 different personality kiddos. We have had similar visits with all the pediatricians at PSOP, I think highly of all of them!
