My twins are now eighteen and off to adult doctors. They have been going to Pediatric Professionals since they were six years old. From day one the staff and doctors have been professional, thorough and caring. I have never seen a more organized doctors office. The wait is usually minimal, the follow up is excellent. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
Great staff! They are always accommodating and polite. The wait time is minimal and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I have been taking my 8 year old since birth. I agree with the previous comments that the staff is very polite and professional and wait time is minimal. They always see my child right away when she is sick. I do have a big concern regarding their flu immunization policy. I called before Thanksgiving to make an appointment and was told the next available appointment is December 15th. I understand is is a very busy office but a months wait for a flu shot is ridiculous. The Staff and facility is great! They always see my children same day for illnesses and there is never a long wait to schedule the well visits. The providers and nurses are so friendly and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else for care!
The physicians at Pediatric Professionals are very kind, most knowledgable, efficient, accommodating, and take time to educate the parents and the patient. The staff has always made same day sick visits, sometimes within an hour, and wait times have been minimal to average. I would not take my son anywhere else.
In to see them Tuesday appt was on time and from waiting room to headed home took about 45 minutes. Always great with the kids and the adminstaff is very pleasant
Best Care in the Merrimack Valley!! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. My children are always able to be seen same day sick. They have always been able to accomodate my family's needs :) I love Pediatric Professional Associates!!
