Very rude! Was not informed when making the first appointment to establish care that we could not enter the building without a mask and that one would not be provided for us so we were taken in through a side door. My daughter was in the ER for chest pressure and shortness of breath. Called to schedule an appointment for a pediatric cardiology referral for the next day and was told they could schedule the appointment if she was discharged after midnight as soonercare would not pay for an appointment the same day as an ER vis... read more
RecommendedDr.Farmer saved my grandsons life 2 years ago and I recommended her to my daughter for her new baby who is now 1!! Both of my grandsons are big, happy, and healthy! I’m forever appreciative of Trish. She isn’t a doc that just rushes in and glances at a child and rushes out the door. She and her whole staff sit and listen. They make sure the family as a whole is happy and doing well and not just medically! I love Peds of Ok! I can’t thank them enough! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I've called multiple times today leaving messages about my child only to find out on the 3rd call that there are no nurses in the office.. why am I told they will get back to me asap only to hear that they have until the end of the day?? this is ridiculous if you can't keep up with the work them don't be open.
Soonercare assigned them to my children’s case after we moved from another town. I’ve called 5 times, left voicemails, and messaged them on their website and still haven’t received a call back. They state same day appointment on their website yet no one answers the phone. They only have voicemails which they check...hell idk. Like I said, still waiting on a call back for my child who failed her hearing test and has a perforated ear drum. We just need an ent referral. But nvm. Screw this. Super unprofessional, my daughter had bronchitis AND THEY SENT HER HOME. Went back one day later and then she had to be sent children’s hospital via ambulance because she was so sick and was barely breathing. THEY DO NOT TAKE YOU SERIOUS. Heard the some thing from SEVERAL other parents.
We've had Trish since my oldest was a baby! 3 kids later, we still go and love everyone here! My oldest has special needs and they are always very thorough and go the extra mile to take care of anything she needs!❤
I do not recommend this place. Because they act like they are better then everyone that goes in there. They are very rude!
