LOVE this place. Love it so much I started working here. Dr. Schaeffer has been my grandsons pediatrician since his birth and he is almost 11. She and the other providers are awesome. Highly recommend this office.
The staff suck! You call and they put you on hold for over 10 minutes which is totally unacceptable! I will be sir to let my sons pediatrician know. I do like his dr she is great Dr. Schaeffer
Loved this group before the good doctors left that actually listen to your concerns and care about your child's health instead of brushing you off. We have moved on to a different office.
I have never had a problem here. Everyone in the office has always been super nice and accommodating. Throughout my first 2 years as a new mom I've never been made to feel dumb or over worried. And the online portal is very effective.
We recently left Pediatric Place after over 12 years due to a move. My children and I will miss Dr. Schaeffer and all of the staff at Pediatric Place! Thank you for all the years of care for our 3 children!
