Dr.lin is good but after today i am done they told me if my 2 month old little girl test come back on monday for rsv they can't do anything about wtf is that plus they have German cockroaches I seen one crawling today on the floor. Going to find a new doctor for both my kids.
Never had a problem! Been taking my children here for 7 years. Everyone is always friendly and genuinely care about the kids!
I was at least an hour early for my son's appointment. I signed in and sat down. As soon as I did, they called us back. We were in and out before his scheduled appointment time. We saw the nurse practioner, Sasha. We like her. Our normal pediatrician is Dr. Perez. We like her too.
I chose this pediatrician before my daughter was even born. I picked Dr. Puentes for her open mind, knowledge, and flexibility. She's never disappointed me. When you call in the wait time can be long, but that's normal for a busy office. If you make appointments in advance you shouldn't have an issue. I've needed "urgent care" 3x in 18 months and never failed to have my needs met. Highly recommend.
The doctors are amazing but their front office staff is bad. It's gotten soo difficult to make a sick child appointment you can't call a day ahead for next day appointment this is unacceptable.
