Had a great experience with that office. My daughter felt comfortable and wasn't scared when they put on her cast and when they took it off. Awesome staff!
On our first visit the woman receptionist had a bad attitude. When I went up to the window she didn't say one word to me and just looked at me so i said "ready?" She said "yes!" With a let's hurry up tone. I tried to let it go and continued to fill out the paper work, my daughter had a very light fracture. She ended up in a cast and the billing lady told me I could make weekly payments of $40 a week for 10 weeks and $150 down to help with the cost. $500 Plus for a cast is a lot on the spot. This group of physicians is excellent. They have cared for all three of my children before. They made me feel completely at ease trusting them with my children. They were also very good at building up a rapport with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends and family
Very friendly and professional❤ My 6 yr old daughter had a femur fracture and they took very good care of her.. The staff is awesome !
My daughter LeeAni dislocated her patella (knee cap) @ school on Monday & was referred by the Methodist Children's ER to see Dr. Stefko. Yesterday was her first appt & was kinda nervous. The staff greeted us with respect & smiles. Very attentive to us. Dr. Stefko was great & answered every question & concern I had. Made our visit pleasant. Looking foward to her next appt hopefully God has healed my daughters knee & won't require surgery. I highly recommend this office. Thank You & God Bless.
Nurse was really nice to my son , Dr.was alright and wait time was amazing. Less than a hour in the clinic.
