I've been bringing my daughter to this office since she was a week old. Brought my son today for a cast on his arm and the staff was great as always.
We got there early and we're back in the exam room before our appointment time. We didn't wait long at all for the Dr to come in. Dr Edeen was fantastic, great with my daughter! I didn't feel rushed and he was very thorough and took time to sit and talk to us. Appt was on time and staff were very nice and professional. My daughter looks forward to returning for her follow up! Fast, Friendly, Professional. I called and they were able to get my son in the next day. I got there a little early, filled out the paper work and was in a room a good 10 minutes before our appointment was even scheduled to begin. The dr was curtious and pleasant and we were out the door, including putting my sons arm into a cast in about 30-40 minutes. I'm actually not dreading his follow up in 3 weeks.
We've had to come here a few times in the last year, and every time we do we receive excellent care. The staff is friendly and supportive; at our last visit Woodie fit my son with a cast and was kind, funny, and thorough. We will definitely be recommending this office to friends and family!
I highly recommend this office! Dr. Schmitz he is the best! The staff is very helpful and friendly!
