Dr Rozelle performed brain surgery on our daughter when she was 13. She is now 31 and planning her wedding. We were so blessed to be referred to Dr Rozelle when he was at Women and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo NY. He was absolutely amazing and took his time explaining everything to us and what we could expect. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to him. He’s THE BEST!
