AWFUL!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!! We just brought my 3 month old granddaughter to her 1st appointment for a new onset of seizure like activity. 1st it wasn’t very clean and it was so hot in there the baby was sweating! We were brought to an exam room for a very short time for no reason what so ever, the baby was not assessed at all, then called back to the waiting room where he spoke briefly to us through a sliding glass window. Very disappointed with my experience. The office was dirty and poorly maintained, which made a bad first impression. The staff was unprofessional, and the doctor did not seem professional or attentive. They didn’t open on time for my appointment, and to top it off, they called just a day before to reschedule because their technician wasn’t going to be available. Poor customer service all around — I would not recommend this place.
WORST SERVICE EVER I have been waiting for 3 hours and they said I had to come before 1 hour because the eeg test takes 1 hour but they made my wait for a long time! NEVER COME HERE.
