Dr. Herbert Ezugha is a very kind man who always shows compassion for my special needs little boy. He has done a good job making sure we fully understand my son's medical conditions and treatments
I took my 6 year old daughter here for her to get a scan of her brain & other things. & when the dr walked into the room 1st thing he asked was "why is she here" so I explained why & he then asked "does she have any pain now or is she having a fainting episode now?" To which i replied with "no for both questions" he then proceeds to say "so then why would you bring her?" As the other reviews show. This is a bad place. They won’t bill insurance and stick you with the bill. I paid half and they have no record. STAY AWAY!!!
Very unprofessional office. Because my sons father and I are separated, we requested two different paper assessments for the CARS exam, front desk, specifically Charlotte said “let’s just go with dads answers”. Excuse me what about my answers??? Unbelievable. They had a broken thermometer and tried to say my son’s temperate was 85, as a retired medical assistant, I told the MA that it was incorrect and it should get taken again, she seemed surprised.
