Scheduling is awful. I’ve had two appointments that we’re NOT accommodated. After driving over an hour and a half for my 2.5 year old, I was told that he could not be seen. The first appointment was scheduled weeks in advance, the second a month in advance and they attempted to schedule a third appointment for July and it’s early June. My son is 2.5 and needs to see a Pulmonologist so that we know what’s going on with his lungs and breathing. I am outraged. I refused to scheduled that third appointment.

Dr. Clayton is one of the best, most knowledgeable, caring medical practitioners I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was truly a life saver in my son's health and wellness. Love him to pieces!
My daughter has seen several doctors at the Pediatric Lung Center over the last 8 years. All are excellent. We now just see Dr. Kapoor. He is very thorough and clear in his explanations. We have always had excellent customer service from receptionists and nurses as well. I highly recommend them to all my friends.
I have NEVER had such negative experience with the office staff at a medical office. They are TERRIBLE. They reschedule appointments without notifying you, then blame you when you show up for the appointment. They make you wait more than hour even when you show up ON TIME! I was 5 minutes early and still had to wait 90 minutes for my son to be called back for his allergy shot for absolutely no explicable reason!
