We have used PHS for years now and there are ups and downs as with any company. The Pros: They are on stuff. I get supplies on time, they call us, and if I don't get back to them they patiently remind me that I need to get supplies. I appreciate that. The supplies are great quality wise and they can get ahold of just about anything. We also used nursing for my son's port and they seriously were the best, hands down.
