Whewwwwww I don’t even know where to start!! From the beginning I spoke with the Aaron who was a smooth talker and I should have known then it was going to be a mess. So after being in the NICU and meeting tons of nurses for my trach and gtube dependent child I decided on one. This company stated she could be my primary nurse bc I only wanted m-f. *** PHC threatened & retaliated against me for refusing to falsify documentation which resulted in PHC REPORTING MY NURSING LICENSE to the TX Board of Nursing (BON). Fortunately the case was "DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE on 03/16/21 *** (Also reviewed on my Facebook page: Same Day Mowing Service Review and on Google).
PHC . . . REPORTED MY NURSING LICENSE on FALSE allegations to the TX Board of Nursing. . . And it was determined by the TX BON . . . “DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE!!!” I guess the joke was on you PHC!!! LOL (See my YELP review for photos of my Dismissal Letter from the TX BON) . . . LOL
PHC reported this seasoned nurse to the Texas Board of Nursing with FALSE allegations because I was unwilling to kiss their butts. What were the results you ask??? . . . The joke was on PHC. . .
