I have moved twice since beginning with this medical group, but would never even consider changing pediatricians! I LOVE this office--the staff, the nurses, and all the doctors. My childrens primary doctor is Dr. Luke who we absolutely adore. He is SO good with the kids and very good about explaining everything in as much detail as we need. My experiences with every other doctor in the practice have also been very good. HIGHLY recommend.

I disagree with the negatives on this office. I have switched from four diffrent pediatricians because of their staff. I must say yes it has gotten very busy. But they are wonderful. My girls doctor is Dr. Straw and she is great!!! If my girls need to come in or I have a question she is there. If I need a refferal no problem. If I leave a message they call me back right away. I actually disagree with you. My whole family has gone to this office for our childhoods. Dr. Oxman, is terrific. Hes basically a family friend now. Dr. Luke, I normally only get him if im sick . My doctor is Dr. Golvil? Excuse me if i spelled that incorrectly, shes a wonderful doctor.
I have known Dr. Panzner for over 18 years. She is the most professional and caring. My children are 18 and 9 and she knows both very well. When another doctor from the practice takes care of them, they are also very caring and professional. The nurses and office staff are pleasant and helpful. Very busy practice.
Taking my first born daugther there is great, i feel so save with them, i like all the doctors but i find Dr. Luke excellent Dr, because of his patience to talk to me telling me exaclty whats going on and the thing i should do. He takes the time to reallt make sure i understand what hes telling me. For as long as live in the area, i will continue going to Dr. Luke.
I love Dr. Luke! My son hates to see the Dr.s, but Dr. Luke is not in a rush and my son actually allows him to check him. Very good staff has always been friendly and professional.
I agree with Matt, when it comes to the personal attention that you want from the office staff you do not always get it. Sometimes you feel as if you are bothering them. And if you call, good luck in getting anyone to answer right away. That is what I do not like about this office. On the other hand, I love Dr. Luke, hes really the only reason why I have not switched to another doctor office. He has great bedside manner and speaks to you as a parent not as if he is the expert and you should just listed, like some others do.
This office was great. But it has gotten very busy so when doctors see your child they make it very quick. When you call for appointment or sick child you dont hear a voice any longer. It is not a people friendly feeling anymore. Speaking to other parents in the waiting room and they also agreed. I thinking into a new pediatric. Such a shame that after soooo long as a patient. Good doctors but seems that either technology 0r \$\$ has taken over.
