I had been taking my daughter here for the past 12 years. I loved the experience we had and just hate to know it's time to move on. Thank you Pediatric Eye Specialist for the last 12 years, it truly was a pleasure.
The doctor is great but the office has major scheduling issues. They are never on time. After waiting over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen both of my kids were having meltdowns and we had another appointment to go to so we left. I had already paid my $50 co pay and they said I would get a credit if I would reschedule. I plan to find another practice with better scheduling, so I didn't reschedule.
