Refusing service to a child of military parents because a child can't/won't wear a mask is awful. If you are that afraid of something that has to be lied about to scare people close up shop. Our military deserve better.
Pediatric Eye Specialists discriminates against people who have medical conditions. I would highly recommend finding a new eye specialist. I personally Never would I take my children here!
Definitely wouldn't recommend a place that disrespects a servicemember's family and their child's inability to wear an oxygen-depriving muzzle. Wouldn't take MY cherubs there, that's for sure!! 👎👎👎
Staff failed to verify insurance before appointment. Was told when trying to check in that my son could not be seen because we needed a referral letter. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with the staff. We have been there for nearly 8 years and they have routinely made mistakes and turned us away at the door in spite of my best efforts to avoid any scheduling issues. They average a 4 month wait so rescheduling is infuriating especially when it is their fault. We will have to find a new Doctor and more professiona... read more
