I had an appointment for my son to be seen. Due to the pandemic, taking off and leaving early is very difficult. I managed to get off at 1pm so my son can make his appointment. I kindly called the office to let them know that I was there, to see if I needed to wait inside the car or come in. The receptionist said we could come in instead of waiting outside. This PEDIATRIC practice in Westminster is in a facility with NO CHANGING TABLES. In 2018 I was told they were being installed soon. I was incredibly disappointed to find that there were still none 12 months later in 2019. I was shown to a room with no flat surfaces and a hard floor as an option to change my son. For a PEDIATRIC practice this is unacceptable.
Not once or twice but now FOUR times in a row you have rescheduled my sons appt. All FOUR times I’ve rearranged my work schedule to be told to reschedule. His appt is scheduled for sept 9. If he is not seen that day we will no longer be patients of yours and I will be sure to let everyone know how you treat your patients! I don’t understand how this can happen 4 times, always some excuse, I expect some one in charge to call me first thing Tuesday morning when you open. RecommendedThe Westminster office usually has a long wait, like they get backed up. One reason this might be is because the doctors are really spending time with their patients. We have never felt rushed during the visit and all of our questions have been answered thoroughly. We’ve only seen Dr. Andorsky and I really like his bedside manner and I feel like he really wants you to feel at ease. Today, our 18 month old had surgery for her tear ducts. She is doing great. Glad to have found competent and amazing pedia opthalmologist for my kids. Dr. Fiergang and team, thank you! Eldersburg clinic needs some upgrade though (waiting/play area for kids, tv).� Overall, nothing but great experience in every visit. �
This place is truly awesom. The kid friendly environment to the wonderful staff I couldn’t possibly say enough wonderful things about this place. This was our first time there but they have gained a customer for life. Both doctors were beyond friendly and excellent at their job. I wondered how would they know if she can see she doesn’t know her all the letters, that was not even a problem. They kept her attention and was able to get her to follow their directions.
