I wasn’t sure exactly how to write this because I have never in my nine years of being a parent had a doctor be so rude. Our oldest daughter is disabled therefore through all of this Covid stuff we have been very vigilant on ensuring our kids were watching everything and their safety was our top priority. Very rude unprofessional and hateful. Literally gouge you for every penny possible . Charged me for unnecessary charges I shouldn’t have paid. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want them to rob you blind.
Dr. Diver was very patient examining all 4 of my children, and answering all of my questions. He was very encouraging to each child. He also took the time to explain everything. The rest of the staff was pleasant as well. Great visit.
So much I could say here. But I’ll leave it at “I do not and would not ever recommend this place to anyone with kids who have a challenging diagnosis”.
The doctor and front office clerk are rude. They don't like big families. The front office clerk put my son's appt info on my daughter's chart and tried to blame me for it. She was also making me feel bad because I hadn't brought my kids in annually when they have no issues. My kids are almost 4 and 2 and a 4 month old.The doctor said I should come early in the morning so my kids were "fresh." The doctor is only there on Tuesday's and my son gets out of school at 2:30. We had a great experience with Dr. Anika Tandon and the staff in Owasso and Tulsa. Our son had his tear ducts probed and Dr. Tandon was so professional, kind, and personable. She even called to check in on my son 2 days post-op, even though we saw her the day before in her office! I highly recommend using her and this office for pediatric eye care!
