Fast and knowledgeable. Took great care of my child and didn't beat around the bush. They were considerate and even thought they had to treat some children that had more severe injuries, they still got to us quickly.

My son was transported here from St Francis South. Everyone from start to finish was amazing. They were caring and very thorough. Took care of my son’s special needs and accommodation seriously and provided excellent care. I want to thank every staff member that helped us. I appreciate the help with post surgery care; and made sure to run needed tests to rule out any further complications that my son may experience. They were great at explaining everything. Helped us through every step.

The attending should supervise the baby "doctor" better. I'm very disappointed. Was a huge waste of time.

Very slow and terribly long wait times. One of the receptionists was very unfriendly. My son was sent to the ER from the Pediatric Urgent Care at 91st and Memorial for a finger abscess. I am very unsatisfied with their service as well because they refused to treat my son and instead sent us to the ER. It obviously was NOT an emergent situation because we literally saw four children taken back before my son was taken back to be seen by the doctor. You kids could die before they are seen. Husband spent 3 1/2 hours with my one month old and ended up leaving because they had patients that hadn’t been seen in 5 hours! (ALL KIDS MIND YOU) Front desk was rude and no one would give them my daughters lab results that they took in waiting room.
