Extremely disappointed with how I was treated as a parent. My son recently needed four teeth filled. I was originally under the impression that he had two appointments scheduled. Then an additional appointment appeared on the schedule, and when I called the office simply to understand why the schedule had changed, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. Staff was super friendly, patient, and understanding.
This was my daughter’s second visit with them. Love this place so much!!! The staff, the decorations, the atmosphere!! We love it here and everyone makes her feel so comfortable ❤
