3.5 stars. We have been bringing our children here for 3 or so years and we really love Dr. Zach and the back office staff but the front office staff are generally unfriendly and rude. Calling to schedule appointments is dreadful because it seems they are genuinely annoyed you called and could care less to help you.
Always polite and takes the time to explain what needs to happen.
So glad I made the choice to switch here after my kid developed some intense anxiety about our previous dentist. Quick and friendly, very understanding with my neurodiverse kiddos.
I brought my children here. And now bringing my grandson, dr. Is thee nicest pediatric dentist ever..
