PDOC efficiently and effectively handled care. Offered a discount for early payment. Was able to solve issues without removing any teeth. Pleasure to work with arranging exams.
We were clients for several years and had never been impressed with service. Never good but never bad enough to find someone else. Think it's time for us to move on. Phone answering service staff gives bad information, requires things explained multiply times, or couldn't answer what insurance they accept. Even trying to explain which location you need is awkward. Staff on location is low energy and dull personalities. Seems they rather the TVs do all the bed side manner. Plus the Ringgold location is in a terrible location.... read more

I likened this practice to a “well oiled machine” because that is how the appt rolls. Everyone is ready for me and greet me warmly. When the techs are done, Dr. McDaniel is also ready for me, citing that “he does not want his patients to have to wait”. This man is professional, kind, great bedside manner and incredibly caring. And does great work. Definitely 5 stars and a very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up 👍 👍
