We were not notified that all procedures were going to be done for our appointment and were not called beforehand to ask if we still wanted to go ahead with the appointment or if we wanted to wait or reschedule- We should have been given the courtesy of a phone call & option to wait and do it all at once which was why we came there in the first place- we will not be going back
My 4 year old son has some special needs, we had an appointment scheduled for Friday (9/10) in the afternoon. That being said, this was an appointment that had been rescheduled several times because of, ya know, Covid. So needless to say he hasn’t had a check up in quite a while and once he got there, he wasn’t interested in staying. Our dental hygienist, TJ, was so amazingly fabulous at adapting to our child’s needs. My daughter went here for the first time today and she and I both loved it!!! Terrin and Dr Nguyen took awesome care of her and she can’t wait to come back for her next cleaning. Thank you for making this a fun experience for her!!
The staff is very rude! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I called before my sons mm real story about how it was their screw up not mine! Either that or since I was paying out of pocket they couldn’t charge me three times the amount like they do with the insurance companies. I am sick to my stomach over this she also said well you have rescheduled appointments in the past. Of course I did! My child was sick! You don’t take him to the dentist when he has strep throat! They are the best! Worth the drive!
Poor hygienist relatability and bedside manner. Scared my 3 yr old and had zero patience. Forced a hold down and traumatized him. tried to leave and got aggressive by blocking my exit and telling me I had to talk to Doctor. Son screamed daddy help me. No sympathy or patience for a scared little boy and did not allow for any transition time or calming interaction. I will never be back!! My six year old needed fillings so I brought him to the appointment and they told me that I wasn’t allowed in the building or room with him. Covid is going on so they have some different policies but it is now their general policy to NOT allow a parent in the room while working on their teeth, with the exception of hygienist appointments. This is the first time he has needed more than a cleaning and as a parent, I find it completely unacceptable to not allow a parent in the room. As a registered nurse ... read more
