I would never take my children back here. Awful traumatic experience for my son. Once we went to dentistry for children with Dr levitt (now retired) dr applebaum and dr dill I realized what a real children's dentist should be. You don't need video games in the waiting room you need compassionate doctors and staff. Not what I experienced with pediatric dentistry of sunset hills.
Great staff, great doctors, great nurses, but OVERBOOKING appointments, making patients wait an hour past the time, is disrespectful, my son missed a VERY important test at school due to this, we waited for almost 1 1/2 hours past our appointment time to be seen, needless to say, he missed his exam! Told nurses 3 times we had an appointment, didn't seem to phase them. This was not a one time deal, saw Dr. Hollander for 6 years, happened almost every single time. My son is a patient of Dr. Mark Fernandez and he just loves him! The office is fun and entertaining for kids; the staff is very friendly, too. We highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic staff, kids love going to their appointments (well as much as they can love going to the Dentist!)
Everyone is so nice and my son feels so comfortable. Along with excellent care, that is all that matters.
