I went to the Albany one and they were Great I loved how it was inside to.make the kids feel welcomed. The drs were great and they did work on my daughter the same day and first visit with me being ok with it. They were quick and explained everything� So glad I called to make an appointment

my daughter was seen there tuesday to have a cleaning. the assistant scrapped her bottom lip with the hook and it swelled. i thought it was just a scrap and it was okay. well last night her lip had gotten so swollen she had to be seen at the ER. she now has an infection in her lip and is on medication. i called the office today left a message and didnt hear anything back so i called once again. the assistant who i was connected to was short with me , rude, and tried to blame my child. im disgusted by the way this situation i... read more
