Will never come back to this office ever again! If your child has a dental emergency this is not the place! I called this morning and told PAULA that it looked to be that my daughter had an abscess. She told me that they would call an antibiotic in. Here it is I’m calling to get my daughter seen ASAP and you haven’t even looked at her and you are recommending an antibiotic without looking at the problem? We took our children here for years, one of my children started having tooth pain and ended up with and abscess. We went for a second opinion and had all 3 of our children seen at a new practice and found out that my son needed two teeth pulled and had one cavity and my daughter had 3 cavities which we had filled today and found out that they were so deep they could Possibly need a root canal in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! I took my 3 children to this practice for years. It was very convenient and the staff were friendly, efficient. HOWEVER, once 2 of my children needed fillings we have had nothing but problems. Both children needed to have the fillings redone, and STILL had problems. The dentist acted inconvenienced and annoyed by my daughter’s insistence that she was having pain in the filled tooth. I ended up moving my children to a different practice, but the damage was done.
