Make sure everyone is aware of policy. I missed and appt and when I called to reschedule, I asked what the missed appointment fee was. She stated that with my insurance, it would be $10. Imagine my shock when I showed up the next week for the appt and was told I owed $50! Not a good customer experience.
Everyone was fantastic. My 8 year old daughter left saying "that was fun!" (and she'd had a couple of fillings done)
The staff a d doctors are all great!!!! Plus my teeth always feel great when I leave.
