We were expecting to see Dr. Erin Taylor but was seen by another dentist. I guess she's not availbble that time, but the attention we got from the other dentist was excellent. She really spent time examining and discussing everything with regards to my daughter's dental care. The staffs were all courteous and efficient! Looking forward to our next visit.

Was un prepared for your $10 charge per visit for teeth brushing consult. I did not want or need this service for my children but was told it was required. The receptionist said some providers pay for this service and some do not. I asked why this was not asked when they called to verify benefits and she could not answer. I was satisfied with my children's cleanings but knowing that silly charge up front, I would have went elsewhere. It may not be a silly charge but it sure should be voluntary.
Everyone was very friendly and upbeat. Jillian is an excellent addition to your already amazing staff!! Thanks for all that each and everyone of you do!!
