had my first cleaning with the new hygienist, Megan, yesterday. Was very impressed with her cleaning and attention to detail. It was hard to not have Betty for the first time in many years; our hearts go out to her and her family during this difficult trial. ANY kind of work, including routine cleaning makes me anxious. Both Kim and Dr. Ledoux (sp?) were really great putting my mind at ease, even giving me something for my hands to squeeze. They replaced the filling, even smoother than it was before, I think. Very well done. Thank you- I was not looking forward to the visit, but I'm happy I did.

The staff got me in to be seen for a broken tooth the same day, and (as usual) I was seen right on time. Everyone on staff is always kind, professional, and welcoming - and this has been true the 20 years I've been a patient with them. Dr. Ladeau took the time to explain what he saw going on with my tooth - showing me the picture - and exactly why he was proposing the solution he used.
