High quality service, provide description of work done, thorough records, very good communication. Estimates of co-pay/bill were also excellent.
I've been coming here for years, and this time I had a new hygienist. She was absolutely wonderful! We talked a lot about our families, and was extremely gentle and through with her cleaning making my experience, once again, a wonderful one.
Thorough cleaning and evaluation.
Even though my appointment was 1.2 hours for a crown, it was nice to be able to get out of the chair and sit in the sun in the lobby quietly reading while I was waiting for my crown to be made.
The visit was quick and efficient. It's great to be able to go to the office early and get on with the rest of the day!
Diane my hygienist was wonderful.. she lied to me when I asked her to tell me I didn't have that much plaque and she accommodated me and my nervousness/grumpiness from just being there and having someone pick at my teeth.
Would highly recommend Dr. Moeckel. She is the best... Her staff is extremely friendly and always smiling! They do everything possible to help you relax and be comfortable.
Always an excellent experience with Dr. Wagner and team!
