The appointment was punctual no waiting.The staff were professional, friendly and made me very comfortable. As a long time patient of Dr. Wagner I would recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Ladeau was absolutely phenomenal! Had my first crown done and he made it no worse then getting a cavity. I am extremely nervous going to the dentist office but he made me feel very comfortable during my time there. I have been going to this dental practice since 2003.They have always treated me with respect and kindness.I have noticed a trend in medical offices to hire staff without experience to save money.All of the staff at this office are highly trained and always offer advice which is helpfull.A lot of the staff now were there when I started my care in 2003 . I have always been pleased with my care there.
They did an excellent job cleaning my teeth as usual. I never experience any pain during this process. I honestly get the best cleanings from Melissa A Moeckel DMD David F Wagner DDS Dental. They also explained any future procedures I will need explaining which procedures should be taken care in a certain order based on need.
As always, the staff was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient.
