Erin was awesome. she explained the process step by step so I knew what and why she was doing during the procedure. She checked in on me several time to assure my comfort. the results were just what I had hoped for.-very pleased
For my first visit the sign in process is super easy and everyone was very very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Highly satisfied and would recommend!
From the moment you walk in, the staff will greet you with curtesy and professionalism. The dental hygienists and the dentists themselves show true care about your dental health and will listen without making you feel rushed. I was new to the area and the dentist in town had suggested thousands of dollars worth of work that to this day I have not gotten done. No better dentistry in Marlborough, the whole staff are great.
Compassionate and understanding staff. Offers more procedures that can be done there instead of going somewhere else. If they can't help with a procedure they will refer you to the best places. I've been coming to this office at least 15 years and have received excellent care.
My dental hygienist ( Jean) was very proficient and extremely nice, as was Dr. Wagner. I've been going to them for about a year and half and have never had a bad experience or complaint. The office is very efficient and I have never had to wait. I highly recommend them!
Always a good experience. Always friendly folks.
