I've been a patient of Dr. Moeckel for several years and have never had a bad experience with anyone here. Even the dog welcomes us.
I had my teeth cleaned. The teeth cleaning was done with the usual professionalism and friendliness that is typical of this dentistry practice. I arrived a minute or two late for my appointment. Nevertheless the dental assistant greeted me with a warm smile and led me into her work area and we got started right away. Besides cleaning my teeth she asked me how things were going in my life (from things I've mentioned in previous visits) indicating that she knows me personally. I've been a patient of Dr. Moeckel for 15 years and everyone is super friendly and the office is comfortable and welcoming. As always, Betty did an awesome job with my cleaning and after years of sharing stories with her about my family and hearing about hers, my twice yearly cleanings feel more like getting together with a good friend than something I do because I have to!
As always, the staff was very curteous, helpful and friendly.
This office is always a wonderful place to visit. I never have to wait and everyone is very friendly and helpful.
