So, I have heard from friends who have had to get crowns how horrible the experience is and how first they had an appointment to prepare the tooth and get a temporary crown which was ill - fitting and then take off more time from work with another appointment to get the permanent one. Not with Dr. Burks - one appointment and I got my permanent crown...I don't know how Dr Burks does it I did not even feel the needle numbing the area. I feel fortunate to have Dr Burks as my dentist, but I really appreciate Wendy, my dental hygienist. She has pulled me from the pits of rotting teeth and gums! With her hard work and coaching I'm getting positive results again.

As soon as you walk in the door, they have the most courteous, friendly people at the desk, then you go in for your appointment and the dental hygienist (Wendy) is so nice and kind and most important gentle.
