I would like to share my experience visiting the dentist's office. My son was supposed to have his teeth fixed today. Dr. Cassidy Burrelli gave him a numbing injection in his gum. As soon as she started, my son felt a lot of pain; he started crying and moving. Dr. Burrelli continued giving injections. He also pointed to his mouth, saying that it was very painful. Made an appointment a year in advance for 12:45pm. It’s for my autistic toddler mind you. Got there at 12:10 and checked in with the computer like I was told to do. I got the green check mark and was directed to the bear section for waiting. So that’s what I did. We sat and waited for an hour till I finally gave in and went and asked what was up cuz I have another appointment that I needed to make it to. Today I called regarding scheduling an appointment for my 6 year old diabetic child , a Black Lady answered the phone , she asked her insurance company and I said UPMC for you, she immediately hang up on me. Seriously?
