Made an appointment a year in advance for 12:45pm. It’s for my autistic toddler mind you. Got there at 12:10 and checked in with the computer like I was told to do. I got the green check mark and was directed to the bear section for waiting. So that’s what I did. We sat and waited for an hour till I finally gave in and went and asked what was up cuz I have another appointment that I needed to make it to. Today I called regarding scheduling an appointment for my 6 year old diabetic child , a Black Lady answered the phone , she asked her insurance company and I said UPMC for you, she immediately hang up on me. Seriously?

Had the most amazing experience with this practice with my 4 year old daughter. The dentist was so great with her and kept her calm the whole time. She had to get what we thought was 2 cavities filled ended up being a few more. The dentist I normally go to said I had no choice but to put her under anesthesia and I went to this practice for a second opinion. I went to this practice and my daughter LOVED the dentist she had.
