I have been waiting for a check for overpayment since April 9th. I've called each week. All I get is promises. No check issued only statements. And again today I was told to remind them. I'm soo frustrated with this incompetence and mismanagement. My children loved the care but I'm frustrated with the office.
RecommendedI absolutely love taking my son here. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Everyone in the front office to the hygienist are FABULOUS . I've had the pleasure of meeting both dentist and they were wonderful. Overall, my experience there has been more than satisfactory. Anyone that is looking for a pediatric dentist, look no further. I give this office 6 stars !!!!
The staff were all great. Super friendly and explained things well to the kids. Great experience.
I have 2 very nervous kids when it comes to doctors of any kind. Dr. Karr and her staff always take the time to make sure that everyone is comfortable. They show the kids the tools before hand and show them how they work. Everyone is amazing!
They were amazing with my son all 3 times we have been! He had cleaning and they took time to show him everything and how it worked and sounds since it was his first visit and he is 3! The other 2 visits were for fillings and the first time went just as planned for filling the second time not so much with my son not wanting the mask on but we still got them filled and they were amazing!
All 3 of my kids love this place! Each visit has always been Great!! The dentists Dr.Karr & Dr.Clark and staff are Wonderful!! Finally found a place where I dont have to worry about the kids having anxiety goin in. They make the kids feel beyond comfortable! They are Amazing! I highly recommend this place!
My 7 year old saw Dr. Clark this morning and got his first fillings. I can’t even express how grateful I am for the wonderful care we received. Dr. Clark, along with every single staff member was kind, compassionate, and so very patient. I am so glad we found LMK DDS! We will definitely be back!
