Excellent care and personal interest in customer dental health.
Hi my name is Brian and im 28 year-old. The last time ive seen a dentist was when i was 6year-old and never went back due to a very horrible experience. I have been seen by Dr. David Stevens many times. His precence brings a sence of calm and reasurance. He has a wonderful technique in enjecting shots. At times I don't feel a thing. I would refer anyone to Dental Health Associates for all of their dental care.
The dental office is clean and peaceful and the staff are very welcoming. I don't have to choose which dentist to see anymore. Dental Health Associates get the job done quick and easy every time.
I loved my experience at Dental Health Associates. For someone who has serious anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done, I was 100% relaxed when I came in for my wisdom teeth removal. The staff was so friendly from the moment I walked through the door. It was nice that they had coffee and tea for all their patients in the waiting room. I have been visiting Dr Stevens for just over a year, and am always impressed by the overall friendliness of the staff. I was nervous for a filling a few months ago, and they were very attentive and kind, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Cleanings and scheduling are also fast and easy. If you are anxious about dentistry, I would recommend this office!
Newer to the area..and at the time I was looking for a new dentist. After trying one other before, that I was very unhappy with. I decided to try out DHA. I have to say, they are the best office around. They have the most caring and gentle back office staff. Raychel is phenomenal at her job, and I'm always leaving with a smile. I highly recommend DHA to anyone!
On the 17th of Nov me and my boys had cleaning appts, the staff was great with my youngest who started to freak out a bit. Then when it was my time to get my cleaning Raychel took my boys down to the daycare (it wasn't open because it was a Tuesday) and watched them while it was my turn. I got to do the hand paraffin wax during my cleaning. Bonnie was great and was making sure I was okay during the cleaning.
We have been going to Dental Health Associates for 20 years now. We have always found the staff to be cheerful and helpful. They do their jobs efficiently and make you feel welcome.
