Rude Office Manager All of the doctors are so great, but the office staff is so rude and not helpful. They try to act like they are better than you or something. I just called to get my daughter some eye drops and the nurse that called me back put me on hold for like five minutes. Then all of a sudden the office manager came on the line. She stated that I had transferred my daughter to another doctor's office. good doctors, horribly rude staff!! My daughter has multiple special needs and we have a primary care for insurance reasons only. I'm not looking for an opinion. She saw Dr. Greene and we were very happy with him. He was a good guy and I'm so disappointed to not see him anymore. No one should have to go through what I did! I will start with the Dr. He is wonderful if you ever get to see him. They seem to never be in the office. I.E. vacation or sick. If you do see them they spend plenty of time and explain things perfectly.

bestdr Dr Reah is the best Dr a person could ask for, for their child, however, his practice has become to full. You can rarley get an appointment, a call back or be seen in a timley manner anymore.
