I’m only giving two stars because of the nurse practitioner Lorice. We have been seeing her for four years and have followed her from Maynardville to the Halls clinic and I love her so much. But the front office staff and the other clinical staff really need to be reevaluated and retrained if they are going to continue working there. They need to learn how to show compassion and empathy because they are lacking in both of those departments. Have no problem with the Doctors here but will never be back to this location because of the check in staff. As other reviews have stated, they are RUDE. Will not listen to you either. Don't bother wasting your time or business here. Take it elsewhere. We did. Changes need to be made up front or business will continue to be lost.
If I could give 0 stars I would, if you're not a perfect parent don't bring your child here! They hold missed appointments against you for LIFE as my child had missed appts back in 2018 and I STILL CANT GET HIM SEEN AS OF 2024. These people claim to be "for the kids" when they have turned my child away for absenses from YEARS AGO. GOOD JOB YALL ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO YOUR MANAGEMENT
