My kids have been patients of this office for many years. Today I called right at 8 AM to get a sick appointment for my son. I had to leave a voicemail. I received a call back at 2:30. At that point I already had my child in and checked out at a walk in clinic. They also informed me that they have nobody sitting at the appointment line so going forward I will always have to just leave a message and wait for a call back. There have been many issues throughout the years but the service continues to decline.

I would strongly advise parents to think twice before trusting Pediatric Consultants with their children’s care. My children were suddenly discharged with no explanation, no phone call, and no formal discharge letter. I only found out when I tried to schedule an appointment. This is not how ethical pediatric care is handled, and it shows a complete lack of respect for both families and continuity of care. Dismissive . The doctors don’t gaf about you . They’ll have you waiting 1 hour for a doctors note , and no matter how much you advocate for your baby they don’t care , better off going to urgent care corynton they helped my baby same day , sent medications the SAME DAY . Unlike here you have to beg just to get no care or meds for your sick child .
