Another corporate sell out. On the phone over 20 mins before they even asked about what my child needed. So sad. Was my primary ped for years and we won't be going back
Was great before Akron Children's took over. No more walk in clinic. We will be looking for a new pediatrician not part of a mega corporation.
The staff has always been so kind to us! I love that the doctors aren't pushy and they allow us to make decisions for our own daughter, instead of putting fear into us like other doctors.
Very poor referral to ER made. Went against my better judgement and took our son to their office and was told I needed to go to the ER to get blood work done ASAP because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him (they should be able to order and read blood work, especially if they are going to be considered a pediatric office). 5 hrs later and $5000 down the drain, was told I didn't need to be at the ER by the ER pediatrician.
