Why schedule you a time when you have to sit over an hour to get to a room and another 30 min. to get seeing by the doctor. Plus when you call to make an appointment they put you on hold for over 30 min.
Ridiculous!! Wait time here in unbeliveable! It takes an hr to get called back.. another 20 mins to see the doctor.. its crazy specially when you have a sick child!
While the assistants who take the children's vitals are Friendly & quick, the rest of this place is horribly ran. Poor scheduling, poor attitudes, poor organization. If you're lucky to get the Good doc (Carerras) the child may not leave in tears after being told they're over weight. (there's a proper way to handle children....& excuse me But 4 lbs above average is nothing to make a child cry about!!!) The women at the front desk are incredibly unprofessional & rude. Always have had to wait. Never on time. So unprofessional.
Wait on the phone to schedule appointment..wait again in the exam room. Our appointment was an hour ago! I like the doctor. Overscheduling?
Nice staff. Knowledgeable Doctors. Really cares about your children health and well-being
The doctors are wonderful nice people but the wait for them is so long also the nurses are lacking they have the ugliest attitude and they are not friendly smile ladies you're working with kids!
