Horrible service at the front. I use to love this clinic for doctor Gomez but lately being getting bad experience from the time you make an appointment to the day of appointment. Every time you call they take forever to answer and when they do they ask to place you on hold they sometimes forget to get the call back so we end up calling again you can never get a same day appointment or next day and when you walk in to register the 2 persons at the front are always talking and receive you with a bad attitude. This place Suck!!!! They refuse service to sick kids. Told me my daughter can’t be seen because insurance has another doctor listed. I ask to lay out of pocket told me no. I had to go to an urgent care. But they are my kids primary doctor.
I had to wait almost 2 hours and didn’t get seen at the time I was suppose to be there at and this is the 3rd time this has happened to me and my son. I’m need the phone number to corporate. THE LADIES IN THE FRONT NEED TO BE MORE POLITE TO THE PEOPLE THAT WALK IN AND LOSE THEIR ATTITUDES
I don't understand why wk wit kids if u don't know how to speak to them , i guess that 1 yr of schooling didn't teach you on how to speak right to ppl
I love my sons doctor. Dr Gomez is great but... The office is not the best.. Wait time is a beast.
This is the worst clinic ever!!! WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE and Customer Service sucks!!! Even if your child is sick your better of going to a prima care or something!!
Everything was wonderful, except the wait time! It is pretty ridiculous... other than that, love them!
