Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Most of the time, it's very annoying Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Was this pediatrician friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
